Company Organization
Health Focus, Inc. is a New Jersey subchapter S corporation founded in
2003. The company is led by its founders, Dr. Deborah Teplow and Margarette
Purdy.
Company Mission
Health Focus's mission is to provide health care professionals with educational
activities that lead to significant improvements in patient outcomes.

OFFICERS
Dr. Deborah Teplow, CEO
Deborah is a CME and education expert. She has a successful, 10-year track
record in CME, and has developed education programming that has trained
over 120,000 specialty MDs, 100,000 PCPs, 22,000 NPs, and 10,000 PAs.
Deborah has served on an expert panel for the US Department of Health
and Human Services, and as a Board of Director for the Global Alliance
for CME, and a Subcommittee Chair for the Alliance for CME. In addition,
she is a published author for major scientific publishers. Deborah earned
her doctorate from Stanford University.
Margarette Purdy,
President
Margy is a marketing expert and successful entrepreneur. She cofounded
and led two companies with multimillion dollar sales: Soho Promotions,
an award-winning video production company; and Record Art, a leading music
memorabilia company acquired by Thorn-EMI in 1993. In addition, she has
held senior marketing positions at General Foods, Bristol-Myers, and M&M
Mars; and has served as a marketing and new product consultant to many
leading companies, including Time Warner, Vivendi Universal, and Sony.
Margy holds an MBA degree from Stanford University. |
